been getting alot of shitty reviews

they completely re-did their interface to pander to tablet using faggits

I'm behind with the times. I'm still rocking XP on my main computer and a preloaded Vista on the other. Is Windows 7 generally liked for the most part? I've been thinking about finally upgrading soon and I'd probably stick to that over 8. Not sure if I'm liking the way this new OS sounds.
