lol i know areas like Whitechapel and the rest of East London are full of Pakis who are double muslims but never heard of muslims patrolling the streets like that. I think i might go down there and walk around with a massive keg jus to see what they say.

Oh, and btw, there is nothing in Quran labeling alcohol as forbidden. This is a big misconception in Islaam. We are only warned about "intoxicants" in general, not alcohol specifically, and we are told in them is some good, but much harm, but it is not in the list of forbidden things.
