I'm sure I read gravity filters are the best, get one that is metal though rather than plastic.

same I don't drink tap water except I guess from restaurants since I usually get water

I've heard many bottled waters are impure anyway tho

typically drink poland spring and get the 3 liter containers or the 1 liters.

EAGLE EYE 05-08-2013 08:48 PM

I used to drink 2 gallons of poland spring a day working on foundations, but they dont sell it out west i noticed.

stop worrying about impurities in your water and start worrying about nanoparticles causing inflammation in your lungs.

LOL Palehorse has something new to pee his pants over.

I don't worry bout water. I don't know how the water is in the U.S., but I drink tap and bottled water. The bottled water I heard form an investigative report, comes from tap water anyway.

Just face it - we live in a dirty world and there are a lot of pollutants in many things. There's no escaping it.

It would be nice if they sold more water in glass bottles at the stores.

diggy 05-08-2013 09:14 PM

Ya, I miss glass bottles period.

EAGLE EYE 05-08-2013 09:22 PM

I use a brita at home, but the fountains @ work are filtered, and they have bottled.

I need one of those nalgene glass unbreakable pieces

hashashin 05-09-2013 02:44 AM

I use the brita maxtra cartridges, you change them every 4 weeks and they can be recycled too. I was sceptical but they do the trick!

BRASSKNUCKLED PAI MEI 05-09-2013 09:32 AM

but how do you really know?

hashashin 05-10-2013 02:06 AM

Answer = I don't!

All I know is water and tea definatly taste better since using them and as someone who consumes large quantities of both I make my judgement based on that!
