They talked about:
Konami - How they are expanding the company.
Pro Evolution Soccer - On how they are using the Fox engine.
MGSV The Phantom Pain - Who will play as Big Boss.
Castlevania Lord of Shadows 2 - When the story takes place and they showed a new long trailer of the game.

Nintendo Direct 2/14/2013

Nintendo didn't have a E3 conference, instead they did this video back in February.

Update: Sony's conference is up. I think there's still one conference left and that's Square Enix, but not sure.

In my humble opinion Microsoft killed themselves with the game restrictions, their own fans left them to rot and on this conference Sony opened up their skulls and took the biggest shit they were holding for years on MS mouth.

Kingdom Hearts III
Gran Turismo 6
Infamous Second Son
Driveclub for PS4 and a couple of new PSN games will be free for Plus users close to the PS4 release date
Cross game chat (FINALLY!)
When downloading a game you can choose which part of the game you want to DL first multiplayer, campaign ect... so you can play while downloading the rest
The bad news is that you'll need PSN Plus to play online
