Immobilarity
 

Just ordered this cd like 2 hours ago off amazon. Heard the 30 second samples, and it sounds nice without the RZA production. But def. not better than OB4CL, but is this a straight Raekwon album? Whats your thoughts on this?

Alot of ppl hate on this album....

I like it. The beats and rhymes are on point. It's not a classic. It's a good album.

Yea thats what I heard yall, I heard the beats were kinda wack. Un-wu like, but the rhymes were on point for sure

Haha, true. But yeah the beats are very un-Wu-like. They're beneath "OK" but above "shitty". I like the album, like everyone else here said, the lyrics are good. "Sneakers" is ill. The intro to that song is funny cuz Rae herbs the shoe store guy, haha. The Nas cuts in that song are ill. Well enough! Listen to the album as soon as you get it.

Lyrically this album is amazing and very underrated. Sneakers is one of my favorite wu songs. The production could have been better, but it's all good.

This album is kinda gay imo. Everybody was mad @ Rae when this cd dropped in stores. I'm surprised to see everybody loving it now! ... Some songs are dope, but it's just not a good cd.
