maybe..
from what i saw theres a better chance it is absolutely nothing... but hey, if its true it'll be more of a disappointment really that thats the only frame he's in.

Really just looks like a random inmate being photographed, if anything all these special cameos by other super heroes take place AFTER the credits to make the audiences stay to find out (standard by now)
