You can't bench Z like that. ANd i think Shaq would be better off the bench as the 6th man, and maybe against some teams they play together.

AT this stage of there careers Z brings more to the table cuz he can shoot it and is better on the offensive glass.

Now if this was the younger SHaq, than yes he'd be starting, but Z has been here for almost 15 years, you can't do him like that.
