If you mean "The Adversary" use the word Satan or Ba'al Zebub "The Lord of the Flies" (itself probably a Jewish pun of the epithet of God Ba'al Zebul "Lord of Heaven") or the word Devil "Accuser." The general term Daemon being a word for a nature spirit.
