Not just lowering the calories but also upping their nutritional value and avoiding bad food. Our engines need good food and not as much as we think and feel we need.
Most people who feel hungry are actually just thirsty - the thing is - the body doesnt know how to tell us the difference unless your parched and its obvious. But when your levels of H2O are down the first warning level - you would feel hungry.
its called the water trick. If you drink a glass of water when u feel hungry it will fill you up - then if you really were hungry you will feel the hunger again 20 minutes later.
