no, the change in consciousness will not create those events.. those events will occur due to orchestrated events(holly wood since 2000 has been gearing us up with movie after movie on natural disasters).easily orchestrated wars or project blue beam type scenerio... or.even a end of times biblical event to be staged.. the natural disasters maybe due to 'heavenly bodies' / planets.
