it's brilliant, actually. it's a kaufmanesque commentary on middleclass-to-rich whiteboy wannabe types. their privilaged upbringing got afforded them educations and cars and the freedom to do whatever they want no matter how misguided and because of said wealth and opportunity, actual rappers will happily tell them they are talented. it's a performance piece, you see. you're just not in on the joke (it's a joke, he's kidding) if you were you'd see how genius it is.
