Read my post. Eat more than you burn and make sure your your protein intake is sufficient.
Do heavy lifting with minimal reps. I mean so heavy you have to sacrifice form to go over 6 reps.
Do warm up your muscles though, because you might get injured otherwise and your program will be fucked. Also, simple sugars after workout will help your muscles recover quicker.
Food is an important factor when working out.
