the 'aristocrats' you're posting are mainly congolese men. Congo split into two countries (Brazzavilla and Kinshasa) but the two still maintain close cultural ties.
these men in the pictures are a part of a comical 'swag-off' that men from both capital cities have against each other (the cities are very close), and the person that producers the hardest swag wins. they competition is primarily to celebrate the same close culture and for laughs. Here are some real african aristocrats though.
