I´m studying Hung Gar Kung Fu (the same style f.e. Gordon Liu is using in Master Killer) . That´s a southern shaolin style with a lot of poewerful punches and low stances. Although I´m still a rookie I already feel how much confidence and physical (and mental) strenght it´s giving me . I think everybody should study Kung Fu. It´s very good for body and mind...
