This even a competition?
Being born in Afghanistan/growing up there during the Russian invasion/withdrawal and civil war makes me 10x gullier than the La Cosa Nostra. I had to learn to shoot an kalashnikov before I was 9. Only Palestinians, Yugoslavians, and Iraqi's get a nod.

Tek gets a nod for acting the gulliest though. He runs New Jersey!
