for the sake of dismantling your reality, Jay Z is better.

but Nas is better then Jay Z, and Rakim invented both there styles. but Kool G Rap will forever be the multi king and a better story teller. and DMX could rip a new one to any battle rapper

basically what im getting at, is your a fucking retard who cant mantain a single train of thought long enough for you to even debate a simple arguement.

just put Stan on and end it now, cause aint no one giving a fuck around here

I'd probably consider Nas the best storyteller, if I had to choose.

Just wondering, what do you think of this song?
    The picture isn't Qwel, btw.
Qwel isn't better than Em, not even close......i can't seriously think of a reason why ANYONE would even say that...Qwel sounds like your average rapper, he isn't much different from Apathy or any of those other cats.

and did this faggot really say DMX will rip any battle rapper? HAHAHAHAHA.

    Yes, plenty.

One Be Lo, Black Thought, Nas, Qwel, GZa etc.

There's also some really promising upcoming rappers.
If you like multis, you'll like this guy.
It's kinda "emo", but he's definetely got skills.

I ain't no politician but I'll kick it with em a minute
Cause see they call me a menace and if the shoe fits I'll wear it
But if it don't, then ya'll swallow the truth grin and bear it

Who could inherit the title, put the youth in hysterics
Using his music to steer it sharing his views in his marriage
But there's a huge interference they're sayin you shouldn't hear it
Maybe it's hatred I spew, maybe it's food for the spirit
Maybe it's beautiful music I made for you to just cherish
But I'm debated disputed hated and viewed in America
as a motherfuckin drug addict like you didn't experiment?
Now now, that's when you start to stare at who's in the mirror
and see yourself as a kid again, and you get embarrassed
And I got nothing to do but make you look stupid as parents
You fuckin do-gooders - too bad you couldn't DO-GOOD at marriage!
And do you have any clue what I had to do to get here I don't
think you do so stay tuned and keep your ears glued to the stereo

See I'm a poet to some, a regular modern day Shakespeare
Jesus Christ the King of these Latter Day Saints here
To shatter the picture in which of that as they paint me
as a mother of hate, Satan and scatter-brained atheist
But that ain't the case, see it's a matter of taste
We as a people decide if Shady's as bad as they say he is
Or is he the ladder, a gateway to escape?
Media scapegoat, they can be mad at today
See it's as easy as cake, simple as whistling Dixie
while I'm wavin the pistol at sixty Christians against me

People want to hate what's popular, i agree with OP
She talked, I listened, She listened I spoke
We walked arm-in-arm and split a Cherry Coke
Spit religion and politics, Sega and chess
Roots and culture, hip-hop, skunk and sess
She caught me sneakin' peeks at her breasts

    Basically

People nowadays love to be like "Eminem fell off, he was so much better back in the day, he needs to go back to that shit"

Problem is I had the internet back in high school when the MMLP dropped and just as many people had negative shit to say about that album, "This shit is garbage, Shock Rap, only selling cause he's a white boy dissing pop stars, stole his style from Cage & Esham...." and blah blah blah

I dont think he's the best ever but people act like he's not in the conversation at all, when he's really not a terrible pick for a favorite MC, his music is good most the time, but since he sells the most your not allowed to say that..........

Way of the world tho when you think about it, any job you work at, the guy who gets the biggest raise or the best hours is the one everybody is talking about in the breakroom, like "Fuck that dude, I work 10 x''s harder then him, he only got that promotion cause he kisses ass, I should have that shift" and so on and so on

I take Eminem's haters with a grain of salt because I'll sit there and watch people say he's just another "Punchline Shock Value Rapper" and then turn around and give props to Chino XL, or say he needs to "Quit crying about his life" and then turn around and give props to Joe Budden.........

His success just turns off the Too Cool for the Room Underground Douche Bags, he's not the best but if you really think theres a Hundred rappers better then him like some dude up top said, your delusional
