Nothing wrong with stating you prefer one album over another.

both albums are amazing but Liquid Swords is basically 12 tracks plus B.I.B.L.E.

whereas Ironman is 17 full tracks

totally different albums but I prefer Ironman as well....

also, strange that Gza didn't feature on Ironman at all

Ironman really starts to dip off towards the end, wheras LS remains dope throughout.

GZA was a better emcee than Ghost during that era too, although that has changed in the last 10 years or so.

The general consenses is that LS and Cuban Linx are the best Wu solos and Ironman and whatever next, so no, Ironman is not better than LS

Fishscale as Ghost's best album? Def has some bangers on there but hard to stand behind you on that one. To each his own. Peace

I really think Iron Man has been severely overrated. Especially Ghost's performance. He gets outshined on half the tracks and I really didn't think the production was all that special.

Supreme Clientele & Fishscale are far better albums, IMO.

Ghosts performance on supreme clientele is far better than his performance on ironman

the whole first round of solos are perfect albums, so its down to personal preference.

my comment is that the production is more conservative on 'ironman'. if you analyze them, they're probably as detailed as any rza production, they just somehow feel more basic. it kind of helps the lyrics shine more, ghost definitely got complicated rhymes on here.

But then again, the same can be said about Cuban Linx, since Rae also got outshined on various tracks.
