Can someone cut the album up with just the features? I want that Ghost track without the sleep inducing first 2 verses.

I think The Movement has way better beats, but it has filler as well.

I get the feeling you just like shit (or claim) because it came out in the past lol. This has better beats than the movement and the movement has a bunch of filler.

I see why you might think that. It's true that I like a lot of things from the past better, but I don't like how 7L did the beats on here. To me it seems like he wants the beats to sound like it would in the 90s, not just the beats but listen to the mix. Movement had filler definitely, imo Deck never released a consistent album in his life that matches his rapping abilities. I'll give you this: This album has better beats than Manifesto (and the dubstep remix) from the past lol. I will probably also like Ghostface next 2 albums better than stuff he did in the past.

This is why I don't even bother with cats like you. They specifically said that the beats were supposed to sound like that, hence the comic book shit and other obvious 90's references. You're just finding reasons to hate on shit because its new, stop listening to hip hop, go back to red hot chili peppers.

Finally got my copy from Amazon. This sh!t knocks. If you dont like this then not sure what you want as a Wu fan. Yes, it does sound like some 90s sh!t but isnt that what we all want and b!tch about on this site. This is Deck's best work in over a decade and Eso is just fine. They actually have solid chemistry. Support this. Peace

Went to the release party/show last night in Boston and once Blacastan got there it was a dope show... there was a lot of garbage for the 1st two hours but Demigodz and Czarface put on a great show.

    Quick breakdown:

    2 hours of garbage-

    Blacastan played-

Apathy played (then more Demigodz dude joined him)-

First Eso and 7l came out a played a few songs, then played another Demigodz song-

Then Deck came out and played a bunch of Czarface songs-

Deck played a few Wu classics, then had everybody throw up two fingers for Guru and went into Above The Clouds.

It was really nice to see that they actually played like half of the album live instead of just playing each other's classics (basically what i've seen from those Wu-Block tour videos)

    Good album

    Favourite song: Savagely Attack

Most overrated song: Let It Off (Premier's most boring beat 2 date)

    Most underrated album element: Esoteric

    Rate: 4/5

I'm finding reasons to hate this shit? Look at 12 Reasons to Die and maybe Cilvaringz project as well. They wanted to bring back that 90s feel. You can't bring back the 90s style using modern day technology. If you really want to sound 90s go use a racksampler, don't use all these new software programs. You probably don't even know what I'm talking about and your ear for beats is shit anyway. Just hear what you want to hear. I'm still listening to hiphop, you are listening to pop. Don't try to school me when D Block is one of your favorite groups. Your classics are Drake joints while I listen to Blowin Up In The World by G Rap.
