    Bench - 275lbs

    Squat - 320lbs

    One arm pushups are a great way to increase upper body strength fast. Dips are good too.

    Lol at the title name change. I doubt I'm the strongest person here. Jasper probably hits 405 on the bench. Ben is mostly likely a monster in the strength department.

    I can't do one arm push ups. I tried it once and I just didn't have the strength or balance. Might try again, but I prefer doing symmetric exercises.

    I bench 130 kg (280lbs or something) x 3 reps. It's not that much, but I always do slow motion perfect form reps. Never cheat myself.

    Also, I don't do squats anymore since my legs are kinda big already so I'd need to use pretty heavy weights to squad and my back don't want none of that. Resulting in muscle aches in my lower back. And that effects my cardio and pretty much every other exercise.

    Traditional bench presses with a bar arent really the best indicator of your true strenth, also its bad for your shoulder blades in general.

    Ive been sticking with dumbbell presses and flys. Requires a lot more muscle control.

    That's why I titled the thread strength max. I don't bench all the time. I mostly do pushups, one arm pushups (I can do 15 on each arm), pullups, dips, squats, and I use dumbbells as well.

    I'm open for new workout methods because my workout routine is getting old.

    Depends on the width of the bench press and where exactly you hold the bar.

    I have a very wide grip.

    My back always has pinch marks (lines) from the bench after doing my bench press reps.

    Thats not bad. But why 3 reps not 4?
