La Connoisseur Life
It would be nice to hear a focused RZA musical project. His collabos are usually pretty good because the other artist will reign in RZA a bit on some of the terrible stuff he does on tracks these days.
rza doin his ting.
but lol @ the responses folks have left on hiphopdx.com on the article.
rza is a washed up piece of shit.
his movies suck. he can't act. his raps are trash. and he hasn't made a decent beat in forever. he's as washed up as you can possibly be in music. just a complete shell of himself. i cringed when i saw him in gi joe. so hard to watch. he wants to be a indy rock queer and a hollywood kingpin. lame.

I always wonder me if the folks who want RZA to make a 199-5/6/... album followed his career, if they really understood what made possible the rise of wu-tang clan, what were the reasons of their impact, freshness and longevity.
Here's one the most important to me :
He just respected and kept using the energy and life flowing in him. Almost all those who have/had a rich and long career with the inevitable highs and lows express themselves like this. That's where my heart is at musically
And i don't even talk about those who are still TRYING to make a 199X-what-the-fans-want album in 201X which, even featuring RZA & the clan, goes exactly, in its "artistic" approach, against what was the (RZA driven) WTC. A sort of blasphemy.
