    To make chicken parm.

    I haven't had it in ages, and have never bothered to attempt making it cuz I'm a lazy douche who'd rather order it takeout and watch football while ipadding.

    Depends if your making the sauce from scratch. That takes some time. Other than that you just pound some chicken cutlets out bread them, fry them then put some sauce and cheese on it and finish it off in the oven u til the cheese melts.

    Yeah the key is too turn the temperature down and let it cook slowly. In the oven, around 350. On the grill, top shelf with the gas on low.

    Hmm i better wait til i have better quality sauce. Not about to use some garbage like Prego.
