Todd Jones shouldn't be the man you keep blaming for the Tigers sucking ass this year, 11th. I've noticed that being the trend...although he isn't the best, he would be decent if the Tigers got him a better lead going in to these 9th innings.
Fuck the Tigers however, it's all about the Yanks right now and the tear we're on...Subway Series 2008 anyone? Both NY teams are really starting to come together, playing like everyone expected them to be playing.

big ups to yanks, chamberlin and rivera.

You'll be hating on the Yanks soon enough, again... 27 is coming. BoSox had their little...2 in 4 year run..it's over...Wakefield is tired...I see an 8-4 game today.

I wouldn't be surprised if the National League champ this year comes out of the NL Central, one of the best divisions.

Only two back to tie for the division, things are looking goos for us.

Yep, I was there tonight. Great game even though we didn't take this one. I have a feeling this lost kind of put us out of contention but I hope they surprise me.

Yeah they set a single game record (45,280) I think.

Yeah, the Red Sox and Yankees can compete for second place and the wild card.

I can't believe Tigers just traded Pudge to the Yankees.
07-31-2008, 09:11 AM
That pissed me off on so many levels. What got me going the most is who we got for him...Kyle Farnsworth?? The same below average pitcher we had 3 years ago who did nothin for us? Cool...
Yankees basically just stole Pudge. What a fucking joke, I cant believe Tigers management did that.

I know it. Pudge helped turn our organization around and we trade him away for average relief pitcher. Are they giving up? We're only 5 1/2 games back. I hope they got something else in the works before the day is over.
