    revolutionary vol. 1 and 2
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:18-20)

Did Violent By Design come out in 99 or 2000? If 2000 then add that to my list without a doubt.

Supreme Clientele, Stankonia, Birth Of A Prince, Stillmatic, God's Son, The Platform, Expansion Team, Quality, Reflection Eternal, The Grind Date, Vaudeville Villain Vol.1, Accepted Eclectic, The Realness, Aziatic, True Meaning, The Ownerz, Cold Vein, No Said Date, Deltron 3030, Future Development, Won, Phrenology...

yall would probably agree with most of those. there was a lot of personal classics for me so far this millenium(like malpractice, he's keith murray, war/peace vol.1, plain rap, etc) but I don't feel like gettin ripped for those. peace
