The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:18-20)

Monsta Island Czars - Escape from Monsta Island:
This is one of the best albums I've heard for years.

Madlib and MF Doom - Madvilliany:
    Underground Classic

GZA - Legend of the Liquid Swords:
It's GZA, can't believe only 1 person mentioned it... and some of the beats are incredible.

Was Ras Kass - Van Gogh actually realised? it's mabye up there aswell if it was.
And perhaps Edan - Beauty and the Beat & MF Doom as Viktor Vaughn, both albums.

Sure I would say 50 CENTS GET RICH OR DYING is classic over GRIND DATE........if you like it or not......that album was like thre soundtrack to 2003......you could not walk down the street without hearing it.......kinda like when CHRONIC came out in 1992.....

GRIND DATE was a good record........but it aint even DE LA's best record........like it came out a year ago and it is almost forgotten already[/QUOTE]
The fact that Get Rich... was mad popular and played everywhere doesn't make it a classic album, just a commercial album. The popularity of the album doesn´t change the fact that 50 was and is a mediocre mc with a lazy flow... Yeah, of corse he had Dre, but that name automatically sells records anyway, so even though the productions weren't that fantastic, which, imo, they weren't, he would still gain massive sales.... My point is, that massive air play isn't enough to make an album classic.
