    i dont no if this has been done yet but what is the best year of hip hop in your opinion, its close for me but i ges it would be 95, wu killed it, big l, smif n wessun, and more...

    but the greatest hip hop period has to be from 1993-1998

    haha before you say 1998 wasn't hot (outkast- Aqumini, ATCQ- Love movement, Jay-Z - Vol 2.......these albums all came out on the same day!!!)

    but 88/89 (my birth year) is close: BDP - By All Means Necessary, PE - It Takes a Nation of Millions, NWA - Straight Outta Compton, Rakim - Follow the Leader...
