For actual lyrical content he's usually on point but lots of times his flow just gets so off and sounds really bad. It reminds me of some wack undergrad in a coffee shop at a poetry reading.

so there's no specific song you dont like him on?
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:18-20)

If you want individual examples, I'm gonna have to give their 2nd lp a spin. Its mostly on there where his flow gets whack. He's pretty nice on 6 Feet Deep.

but I don't agree with him beeing the best outta gravediggaz, I gotta pick the RZA, he was definately (!) better then poetic & frukwan...

if you listen to songs like:

    diary of a madman,
    1800 suicide,
    pass the shovel,
    ...

he tops poetic & frukwan with ease!

practically all tracks from 6 feet deep, the RZA came best...

but this ain't the thread, so yeah, poetic is also an insane lyrisict. may he rest in peace!
Shaolin shadowboxin' and the wu-tang swordstyle...
If what you say is true...
The shaolin and the wu-tang could be dangerous!
En garde, I'll let you try my wu-tang style...

^ I liked RZA more on 6FD as well, but i liked Poetic alot more on "The Pick..." than anyone else, and i enjoy that album alot more than 6FD to be honest. RIP Poetic

In my opinion: Poetic was the illest on 6 feet, with Rza a close second. On the Pick, I thought Rza was just lyrically light years ahead of everyone, and Grym staying pretty consistent, but a little sharper. My personal taste though.

R.I.P. he's great MC, on The Pick.. he was the best for me, amazing flow, on 6tfDeep RZA was best for me. Ah on 6ft Deep RZA was at his best, he killed it.
