I GOT MY COPY LAST NIGHT. AFTER A FEW LISTENS I'M NOT TOO IMPRESSED. MAYBE MY EXPECTATIONS WERE TOO HIGH. IT SOUNDED LIKE A BUNCH OF SONGS VAGUELY PUT TOGETHER. ON A SONG TO SONG BASIS, A WU FAN MAY ENJOY THE ALBUM; AS A WHOLE IT'S NOT SOLID.

SONGS THAT STAND OUT: STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM (W/OUT GHOST RECYCLED VERSE), COACH TALK, BREAK THAT, SPOT LITE

ONE MORE THING, ALI VEGAS FIT RIGHT IN W/ WU-FAM.

c what i c - beats tight, lyrically its okay

strewberries and cream - another dope track, skip the song when ghost's verse comes up

can i rise - i have a uh huh remix that uses this same sample and its used much better, i skip this song

john 3:16 - i used to not like this song but now i think its pretty good. meth does a good job

winter sno - i like the beat for this one, the beat switch is cool, lyrically its okay with eyezlow having a good verse. didnt really like ali vegas.

too shots of henny - SKIPPED

bullet sear - i like this pimp style track, the lyrics again just okay

Real nillaz - CERTIFIED WU BANGER!!

coach talk - another pimp style track that i like but this makes me hate chick rappers even more

Rush - beat is pretty good and meth and Gza do great job, its nowhere near shadowboxin but its dope nonetheless

USA - an okay song, too many bumbs on the mic, the beat is okay

tommy - my second favorite song on this album, i love the beat for this and storytelling is nice

break that - cant give math credit for this one. he used a well known and overly used break beat, but uey and MK kill this and ODB is actually listenable on here.

spot lite - CERTIFIED WU BNAGER!!!!

    8/10 overall

i like this a lot better than LHR. though LHR has more high points than the problem there are too many skippable tracks on LHR. the problem isnt mind blowing but its definately a breath of fresh air in a time where wackness seems to be wu-tang's forte.
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. I think the album is really good. After like two listens you really appreciate it. Math is dope. I was surprised by some of the songs I ended up liking. Like Coach talk. I am surprised I like it. Winta sno is eerie and really a great song. Break that is cool as hell. John 3:16 is good. USA I really like. Ghost is cool on the track.I like Spot lite a lot. I think if regular rap fans heard it it might be kinda popular. Do they play it anywhere on the radio? Cappa is cool on the hook but damn is it just me or does he end the song on a big downer with his verse after U and Deck?

REAL HIP-HOP. Fuk all those other d.j albums cause this is the real shit. Math knows how to piece a classic album together..... his beats with real m.c's. The album is a true classic and deserves its 5 stars.

It does not matter how good or bad this album is, honestly I am a die hard Wu fan and i just found out it came out and bought it. Nobody is checkin for this album other than people in this forum. This album is OK nothing groundbreaking worth a few listens.

Yo, that song Can I Rise is tight. The first verse is forgettable, but all the others are good. He tells those stories, not very original stories, but you can envision them. I was really impressed by Hot Flames. *Wow, didn't realize how original his name was either.*

i think this album was good enough to quench our wu thirst, but i expected more for the mastermind behind most of my favorite wu songs. it seems that the only to wu related rappers out there putting out good music lately is te masta killa album, and of course killah priest, never dissapointing, but the rest, need to listen to some of their old cd's and reolize that change was bad

the production is wack on this album Imo, it could be any other underground album production wise, not like back in the day when Wu actually had a sound that stod out from the norm.

3/5 its an average album and I wasn't impressed. The ODB track #14 was overwhelmingly the best track on this album... The Ghostface and meth was good. #15 was a cool little outro INS recycles a verse in the last track and Ghost does the same on strawberrys and cream but atleast it came from the orginal strawberrys track.. 3/5 and Im being generous...
