The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:18-20)

No doubt one of my favorite new joints (since it aint too old, Knaw mean) which I've heard in a long time. And I know what your saying Pretty Toney, I feel that track mega much. That joint is from the heart, and it's all good. What gangstas aint suppose to have or get no love, or rap about love or somethin. It's all about keeping it real, that's what it's all really about. Gangsta's like everybody else in life need love too, shit probably even more than your normal person to keep them from doing bad shit.

But bottom-line that joint "Believe In" is from the heart, knaw mean. Plus that beat is like one of my favorites, and I'm talking about even from back then as in the original "Heaven and Hell" on Rae's first Cuban Linx album even. I always dug that beat to chill out, relax, or think too.

Wasn't this just locked earlier? Why do we feel that this needs to be discussed?

    why wouldn't it be???

This is the fucking WU section.

Raekwon is Wu... and this ill ass vid is gonna give him some more exposure.

Oh, and plus... Joy's got an awesome voice. Better than some fuckin TEKITHA.

    PEACE

Yeah, but still. It wasn't that cool to begin with a few weeks ago, and the only people watching it are the nerds that frequent the board and that chick's fans. It's not like it's a Raekwon song either. It'd be like starting a thread on Skew It On The Bar-B.

True. A video like this is the kind that could get some play on any music video channel cause it aint as hardcore as some of the other Wu joints that they usually drop with mad cursing, or explicit material, etc. Therefore it could give em' more main-stream appeal or exposure as well. This much better than some of them corny pop songs that those main-stream music video channels play, or that some of that weak R&B garbage too.

Tekitha aint too bad. But word, Joy can sing beautifully no doubt. Wonder if she wrote her own lines too.

But it is an ill callabo between rapper and singer no doubt, Or do you deny that as well ??

Plus, Nerds aint on Rae's level, plus it's dope to have chick fans.

This song's not very catchy either, so I don't think it'll be getting much airplay anywhere where exposure matters for Raekwon.

You saying all that corny shit that the radio plays nowadays is better ??

Due to the competition on the radio, it's much better than the rest. 'All I need' from Meth did really good on a main-stream level and exposure. Got mad play on Pop stations and and all sorts of music video channels, radio stations, etc. Then there was 'All I got is you' from Ghost which also did well on a main-stream level and for exposure as well. Both them joints had Mary J. Blige in em' too. Maybe she's like that missing ingredient needed or something.

But although this Rae joint doesn't have Mary J. Blige on it, Joy aint really too bad either.

Holy shit, are you that stupid?

Welcome to 2006. All I Need wouldn't be getting radio play, and it's catchy. This shit isn't. It doesn't have a hook or a real chorus or anything. It's not bad by any means, but it's not going to get mainstream acceptance.

lol does it need to get mainstream acceptance?

i think rae thought about rhyming in the second part of the song too but he was catched by joy´s singin style too.. it´s a cool song but i still don´t get why rae is talkin to a woman sayin "man" ...
