i think people dismiss Trainspotting because of its humour, but its a pretty crushing movie without imbelishment.

theres something about H movies. idk the people always turn out to be the worst of the worst kind of junky. its just not something that appeals to me.
The earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena. Think of the rivers of blood spilled by all those generals and emperors so that in glory and in triumph they could become the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot.

People are too stupid to effectively conspire to do anything, but not too stupid to come up with conspiracy theories.

didn't the mf dive into the toilet and swim around looking for his dope, then come out head first?

yeah that seemed pretty fantastical to me. but what do i know?

TS and RFD are both good movies i tend to side with RFD simply because i can't relate as much to the Euro culture. It makes it harder to identify with the characters.

    it was intentionally amusing.

Requiem was pretentious at points and at times attempted to shock with unnecessary and unrealistic scenes.

TS followed a conceivable and realistic series of events, RD didnt to the same degree.

Watch Gridlock'd with 2pac and Tim Roth, that's a great film about heroin that doesn't portray the usual drug addict stereotype.
