Best tip is dont try to get to sleep. Put on TV down low, lower the brightness a bit. Stick in a dvd / video, 1 u seen lots of times but can watch at will. Before u know it, u be turnin over to switch the shit off n back to sleep. I used to have the Mariah Carey disease, got about 4 hours sleep for months till I figured out I fell asleep my own self better.
