Its a very good album but its not fuckin with 'Reasonable Doubt'. 'D'evils' is the only track worth fuckin with? bullshit. Theres not much chance that we're all wrong and your right.

That's it to me, I'd just swap no. 4 and 5.

basically, what i originally said, plus Jay-Z lyrically if you break his shit down he's not really doing anything different he's been anointed to that position Nas is way ahead of him look at his verses on "Black Republican" and "Success" is the basic proof that Nas is lyrically nicer and can out shine Jay on his weakest verse look at the amount of classics Nas has "Illmatic", "It was written", "I Am", "Stillmatic" and "God Son"

Come the motherfuck on! You dare to day that "Shoot 'Em Up" is better than "Can't Knock the Hustle", for example?

SlimT if your gonna compare songs at least compare two songs that have similar lyrical content i mean you comparing shoot em up with can't knock the hustle those are two different types of songs

Hey yo, he said Nas can outshine Jay on his weakest verse. I'm only tryna prove he ain't right in that. Capisc'?

When at his best mafioso phase Nas is better than Jigga, that's correct. But not so far above as Sheepish said. Even 50 has some verses that are better than some Nas verses.

Nas is the iller MC of the two that's no question, but i gotta say that Jay was the better man on "Success"; "i used to give a shit, now i don't give a shit more/ i had more fun when i was pisspoor, i'm pissed off".. also "i am" and "god's son" ain't no classics - way too much filler on those albums. Streets Disciple is better than those.

This is crazy! RD is better then any other album Jay ever put out! It's not even debatable . Go back and listen some more. It might be a age thing though. Maybe to young cats they like Just Blaze better then Premier and Ski. I like em all but RD was the shit back in 96 and it's a classic now!

Oh and btw, vote for the kid for Underground DJ of the Year and Best New Mixtape D at the Justos http://www.themixtapeawardsonline.com/home.html

he's right, nothing will touch that album. i can remember copping the single for Dead Presidents, that whole time was just dope. hip hop was still nice....

and as much as i love the Black Album you really can't touch what he did on Reasonable Doubt.

Seriously, this is probably the stupidest comment I've ever heard regarding Jay-Z albums...
