first of all reasonable doubt is a certified classic. you can't drag it in the dirt like that. i'll take nas over jay but they're of the same caliber, don't get it twisted. go listen to success, and dont try and listen to it to see who came tighter, just listen to it for its greatness. two of the best bringing their tightest shit over a great beat.
and to say shoot em up is better than cant knock the hustle is heresy. i think nas would be offended.

^I love Reasonable Doubt but "Cashmere Thoughts" and "Friend or Foe" are weaker than the other songs.

The Dynasty album was a fruitful experiment full of persuasive beats and synthesized hits. "Change The Game" "Parking Lot Pimpin'" and "Get Your Mind Right Mami" are examples of this. It didn't matter if the subpar rapping deterred people because the music underneath was the focus of the show even though I'm not a fan of the production. I'm sure others were fans though.

Reasonable Doubt is a classic because it has that murky/smooth ambiance that no present album can replicate; it definitely represented mafioso at it's finest with songs like "Can't Knock The Hustle" and "Bring it On" and Jay was at his most gangster here. Compare this to any album about the drug game released in the present and you'll find it can't compare. Dynasty is weak and I think we know who wins this battle.

The Dynasty has some bad shit on it, but it's pretty enjoyable. This might be the most ridiculous Jay Z track

^That song is too often overlooked. Jay's got quite a bit of good stuff on this album, I just wish they didn't bill it as a Jay-Z album and they called it a Roc album instead.
