I have most of those songs and all the freestyles I think, but they are from all the Hidden Chambers and Unreleased albums I got, not from The Lost Anthology. I'm about to go check if I have them all.

Alright, looking at my folder, I got:

    America
    Abduction
    Rock Steady
    Diesel
    Fast Shadow
    Projects International Remix
    Spotlite
    St. Ides Commercial Pt. I
    The Worst
    Nasty Immigrants
    Put Your Hammer Down
    The Chase

And 10 of the 19 freestyles. Shit.

But I'm sure those skits and the intro are from previous albums. In fact, some of those tracks can be old tracks with new names.
