    Default The Wolf Man 2009

Just heard about this one, and I'm looking forward to it. I can forgive a remake of a film made 60 odd years ago, cos obviously this one will be pretty different to the original.

The cast is looking quality as well, with Benicio Del Toro as the wolf man, Anthony Hopkins as his father and Hugo Weaving as the detective investigating.

Shit, I only just looked up the director.

Jurassic Park III, Jumanji, The Rocketeer, Pagemaster, Honey I Shrunk The Kids.... he seems to have only ever made family films.

I will still check it out when it comes though, no judgements yet.

Can't really remember. I was more making the point that the director clearly makes family films rather than something a bit darker.

The original director (forget his name) was one of the main reason the film was being anticipated, then he dropped out and at one point Brett Rush Hour Ratner was being considered.
