A fire broke out at rapper Ludacris' home in Atlanta on Wednesday (September 24).

However, only his pool house was destroyed.

The rapper was out of town at the time of the blaze.

A relative was home, staying in the basement of the main residence when it started, but was not harmed.

Fulton County Fire Department spokesman Gregory Chambers told the AP that the fire was put out within 30 minutes but destroyed the pool house.

He added that the pool house was larger than most homes.

The blaze is currently being investigated; the cause was not immediately identified.
