    Default RZA - do you hear the bells {9 min freestyle}

    I'm sure this has been posted before but I'm in love with this!!

    I've had it on repeat for the last 2 hours and not getting bored of it yet!

    This is the sort of beat the lyricism we need from the RZA in order to take the Wu in the 2009 and beyond.

    Come on RZA drop the Cure now and feed our brains with knowledge and wisdom!

    Ahem anyways, just click the link and turn the volume up yo!

    Oh and is this on a mixtape or anything? Where did he preform/record this does anyone know?

    This beat reminds me of an old Tim Westwood show with RZA, Meth, and ODB in the studio and the RZA talked about how me made at least 2 beats every day. He then goes..............Oh actually I made 2 beats in the plane over to London. The beats were played and the Wu all rhymed over the top of em, I remember the RZA dropping some lyrics that Im sure ended on The Birth Of A Prince..............and this was back in 96 or 97.

    One of the beats was used for Cappa's RUN, while the other one I havent heard since.

    I used to have the recording on cassette but lost it years ago

    But yea, this beat reminds me of 96/97 when the Wu were at the top of the World!!

    i ain't able to upload it right now, but it is included on the japanese version of "Bobby Digital in Stereo" together with the full version of 'Terrorist' replacing all the interludes and 'My Lovin' is Digi'.

    this was also released on a promo-CDS of "N.Y.C. Everything" that came with some hip-hop magazine back in '98. if I remember right that version is even 11 minutes long!

    Here's the Stress Magazine Promo, which includes the full version.

    On to the song though, I've never cared for it; RZA is all over the place, sounds like he recorded the shit after getting dusted.

    ^^ yeah same here, it's aight but nothing to get really hyped for.. "In Stereo" had alot of better lyrical performances than this, like "Unspoken Word" and "Domestic Violence" for example.

    thanks man, i repped you; and the lyrics are random and barely coherent, but i love the production on this; the beat is so hypnotic, i wish he had continued making stuff wth the electronic direction.
