Some of you probably know about this site, for those who don't, all the reviews are on personal opinion, but there hasn't been a review for an album i have that i've disagreed with.

Steve 'Flash' Juon runs this site and OHHLA.com, that guy taught me a lot about Hiphop just through reading some of his reviews, he was a serious Wu-Tang fan too.

He's wayyyyyyyyyy to nice to shitty albums. He gave Lil john and Ying Yang twins higher ratings than Ironman and Uncontrolled Substance. sorry thats retarded. He does have some nice reviews in there, he did help me in turning into a hip hop head though.

^^Word, I disagree with a lot of they shit. They only gave The Infamous and Hell On Earth 9 and 8.5, they give a lot of new shit 10's. They gave Lil Jon and Ying Yang lyrics vibes like 7.5 and 8, and they give INS and The Roots and GZA 7's? What tha fuck is that?
In the world I see, you're stalking elk through the damp canyon forest around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty carpool lane of some abandoned superhighway.

read the FAQ on the site.

it's lyric/music VIBES, not just Lyrics, but how they're feeling the lyrics coming from the artist depending on their past, their skill, how they came through on the album.

to INS' standards, he gave a 7 out of 10 of his potential. that's what it's like.

    From the FAQ:
You gave Tupac/Nas/Jay-Z a 6; are you INSANE?!

Yes. You'd have to be nuts to attempt to run a site dedicated to reviewing almost every rap album released on a voluntary/unpaid basis. That said, every record is reviewed on it's merits as pertains to the actual rapper performing. Jay-Z or 2Pac might be a 10 out of 10 rapper in the "all time great MC's" area but even great artists sometimes create albums not up to their high standards. By the same token an otherwise mediocre rapper can receive a high score for an album that exceeds the reviewer's expectations. Bear this in mind and judge reviews more by a writer's description; the scores are only a rough guide. Even if you disagree, screaming about it won't change anything.

mp3.com (they've got everything, not everything reviewed, but most of it)

What most people on this site don't know is, outside of this site, Wu Forever is looked upon as a dissapointment and Iron Flag is the return of Wu-Tang.
