    i agree with you, "The Ownerz" is easily a 4/5 album.. DJ Premier did his thing on there, who can say the beats on there were wack.. no way.
    Guru wasn't in shape though, he was aight but a shadow of his former self on that album imo and he was never that great of an MC - just ill lyrics.

    "The Ownerz" was basically the natural follow-up to "Moment of Truth" imo, not as good but the polished sound was still intact and the jazz toned down. "Hard to Earn"was their best collaboration, no doubt..
