I don't like cow's milk. I've hardly drank it since I was a little kid. I've tried different types of milk including rice milk(from brown rice). I just recently tried Hemp Milk. It has all the essential amino acids and a good balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6. Also soy milk is pretty good. I'd like to try oat milk, and I'm not a big fan of almond milk. Does anyone else here drink some of these? What are your thoughts on the nutrition involved with them? Some people call me a hippie, while they take a break from sucking on a cow's udder.
