    Default The Roots album question?

k, i've literally just picked up Illadelph Halflife - still listening to it at the moment and i love it...i just wanna ask what album ya'll would reccomend to get after this one.

i read the thread bowt fav roots album and seen that things fall apart would probabli be what most people say, but i like this album cuz it has a kinda dark feel to it so i wanna know if anymore of their albums have a dark feel to them

to answer your question, Rising Down and Game Theory are the "darkest" albums for sure. but Things Fall Apart shits on both of them.

Rising Down is probably their darkest effort, its kinda hard to go wrong with Roots cd's though.

Nothing left for me to really say. The Roots never fail to impress. Game Theory and Rising Down are their darkest efforts but Things Fall Apart and Do You Want More? are great too. Don't forget to pick up The Tipping Point.
