    the bay area. i don't have a large west coast collection, let alone the bay area. I want one now though. Bay area is nice, has been nice.

    Tons of good shit from the bay, I consider Vallejo, Sacremento, Oakland, Frisco Richmond to all be bay area sounding especially in its heyday of the mid 90's.

    Digital Undergound, Too Short, Tupac, Ant Banks, Spice 1, C-bo, e-40, hieroglyphics, just to name a few.

    that dru down that u posted is fire to the highest degree, i love the title track too but all the tracks are sick, i love im wondering, underestimated, deal went bad, hustlin aint no thang, mista busta everythings dope on their, that luniz album operation stackola is a sick album too, spice 1s first 4 albums are all crack, i didnt get further than that but im sure the rest are good too, i dont think sactown is considered bay is it, even if it isnt lynch is a beast on the mic, i havent heard much from celly cel but a few loose tracks like its goin down but he got skills as well, u gotta listen to dusted and disguisted as well that track is classic as hell, listen to nickatina hes a monster, theirs tons of goodness oozin outta the bay, just explore that shit and u will be surprised

    too short -been doin his thang since 1982 ......82 that was back when bambaataa and sugar hill gang were droppin records.

    spice1-amerikkas nightmare possibly the dopest gansta rap record ever. rivals niggaz 4 life(nwa) and we come strapped(mc eiht).

    E40-most successful bay area mc. most unique flow in hop hop. has created more slang than wutang.
