I think we're all extremely bias, and for the fact our opinion isn't as important as you may think.

That's not a bad list, I was expecting Nelly or 50 cent to be on it, such is the state of MTV and most of TV anyway.

Also, they had N.W.A Niggaz4Life instead of Straight Outta Compton, what's up with that?

LOL so you don't think Paid in Full qualifies as a classic album huh? No Chronic either right? Let's see your top 10 then oh wait let me guess 10 Wu albums right?

Yeah no Straight Outta Compton is a little weird its the "historical" classic and it had Cube but NiggaZ4Life is arguably some of the best production Dre ever did so I don't know...you could make an arguement for it. I wouldn't put it on my top 10 though.

if that's what you think then you don't know hip hop. you've got some learning to do.

    - Public Enemy is suspect
    - Don Killuminati isn't even Pac's best album. I would've put All Eyez On Me
    - Ice Cube's suspect
    - Straight Outta Compton should've been there
    - Reasonable Doubt is a solid album but it didn't even shift that much and it didn't change the game like 36 Chambers or Forever albums
    - They just had to have one RUN DMC album, doesn't matter which
    - Biggie's debut is rock solid even though it didn't sell as much as Life After Death
    - The Chronic is probably a deserved classic
    - Illmatic is arguably the best hip hop album in the last decade but it only went gold when it was released.
    - Only reason Rakim's album is here is because he influenced most of the rappers that's mentioned in the list.

I would say Forever album should be there seeing as it debuted at Billboard No.1 (unheard of hip hop album at the time) and sold platinum plus and put Wu as the No.1 group.

Also I'd put The Fugees' The Score which sold like 26 mill around the globe, and it's a tight ass album too.

other then cuban linx not being up there, there isnt a damn thing wrong with that list. all those albums are bonified hiphop classics. there are tons of hiphop classics out there and they did the best they could to narrow it down to ten.

    yall need to stop hatin.
The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. i agree.. it cant be expected that they cram every classic hip hop album into a list of 10. they did a very good job of narrowing it down.

I think it's a pretty fair list. I initially thought they would've put Eminem, Tupac and 50 Cent in the Top 3. These are all solid and well respected hiphop albums/classics. They could've placed 36 Chambers or Forever in it, but then again, they also could've placed an Outkast, Ghetto Boys etc album in it.
