i remember the first copy i had off "Supreme Clientele" which was bought on the release date had the all fucked up tracklisting which listed "In The Rain" with credits and some songs had different names like "Deck's' Beat".

bought it again a year ago and they had fixed the tracklisting.

No one produced it, its just Ghost rapping over the Dramatics song in the rain.

    Ron Banks founded the Dramatics.

depends on which version you mean...

    There are 2 versions:

    1) In The Rain (Wise) ft. Stevie J & Devante (Green Lantern mixtape version)

    2) In The Rain (Wise) ft. Dramatics & Ron Banks (Canadian version of Supreme Clientele)

I prefer the Green Lanterns version
