10, one of my top 10's of all-time.
In the world I see, you're stalking elk through the damp canyon forest around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty carpool lane of some abandoned superhighway.

havn't heard this, but if it's also got Kweli on it, even if Mos Def sucks you know it's half decent.

^^That's like one of the top 5 greatest tracks ever IMO, just straight fuckin' poetry, it has my favorite chorus of all-time.

on further listening, mos def needs to quit this singing bullshit, i had to fast forward a bunch of songs, he does spit some hot shit here and there though whereas kweli is definately why this album is great and the beats are smooth as fuck too. ill give it an 8/10, if mos def didnt sing itd get a 9

8... overrated album. A better variety in the type of beats used would have made a dramatic difference.
