pretty easy right?
how many do you logos do you know?
What is this about
"See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes.
He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or else I will come and strike the land with a curse."
I can see where he's going with this.
Man-made vs. God-made
Which are we more familiar with as human beings.
You recognize all those logos for what they are exactily. But you only see tree, or flowers. Can call them out by name like you can the logos.
Still Ain't Nuttin Ta Fuk Wit
Its an interesting exercise, but a misleading one. I'm more familiar with those corporate logos than with those plants, yet I can identify, root and grow things which I find interesting. The one's listed are simply irrelevant to me.
That's scary I only didn't know one logo. I dont get the tree connection but it shows how heavily bombarded we are with advertising.
when you live in the city .. its hard to see trees and notice them with full effect.. when im hungry where do i go..? when i need to call some1 who do i call and with what??
and when i need somethjing where do i buy it??
when i need a break.. i can consider tress and plants.. but who will grant me a break??
ask somebody who lives in the woods, he will be mo known to nature than the logos we see..
its about our adaptation..
i would fear myself if i didnt had the opportunity to enquire about nature..
i have books definitely somewhere..
The marketing of preprocessed and synthetic goods displaces that which naturally surrounds us.
Just one example of the matrix.
Thats interesting, i was eating a Crab the other day (well i was tastin it i wasnt really feeling smashing a crab up and eating it) anyways i was amazed at how detailed the Crabs body and inside is, and its mechanism for legs and how everything fits in perfectly, i thought All Praises Due to God, cos there is no explanation for perfect nature, but a Master Creator.....it was a reminder for me....look at natures design, and look at ours - it will make you laugh. Can you answer the question though.. How many corporate logos do you think you could readily identify? Compare that with how many plants you could readily identify.
Most people today recognize fewer than 10-20 plants but over 1000 corporate logos.
Many cannot tell you the name of the trees on their own city block.
Trust me, the ones listed are not irrevelant to you. I would bet you eat several regularly.
How is it misleading?
Peace Subtle Energies,
Bombarded to the point of shell shock. The "tree connection" or plants was just one of many possible examples. Served to reinforce how previously public resources, developed through the sweat and hard work of countless generations throug time, have been manipulated to be forgotten in favor of "brand name" or logo-based consumption.Originally Posted by Subtle Energies
Peace Born Ruler I,
True indeed. The modern marketing propoganda is just a facet of the monster's face, built on the branded religious environment tools of the past, and grown ever present.Originally Posted by Born Ruler I
not to mention fed to humans at a younger and younger age. I've seen little blow--up McDonald play-pens for two year olds, plastic burger and everything. the level advertising will stoop to is disgusting.
It means word, speech, or discourse. This is why we "log on" to the internet; to read, get information, etc.
