Default Best first-round Boot Camp Clik album?

i'm just getting into Boot Camp Clik (it's way overdue, I know), and i was wondering what you guys thought was the best out of the first four "solo" albums and their first group album. I don't think "For the People" lived up to the group's potential, but i loved the first four. I'm learning toward Heltah Skeltah's "Nocturnal" as my favorite, but I'm not sure yet.

I was big on them when I was a lil bruh in highschool around 97. I picked Nocturnal as the best of that time. For the people was nice too though, Headz aint reddee II is still one of the best beats

i don't know i love all of them, but probably "Dah Shinin'" for nr. 1 spot for me. BCC fucked themeselves over when they started dissing Da Beatminerz, altho they took back their status later which was nice to see and hear

I love em all but Dah Shinin is the best for me. With Enta da Stage in second and Nocturnal in third. Dah Shinin was the first album to have a posse cut with all the Boot Camp Clik members on it. I think that's why I like it the best.

Each album has a different feel/personality to it, it all depends on what type you like. For me each album has nostalgic value because I can recall a specific period from my life that I liked when each album dropped.

I'm going with Enta Da Stage for the classic samples it has all over it right before the industry changed to where you couldn't use loops as much due to new laws. If you really look at it, 92 is a point where alot of beats started getting more choppy from people hiding samples, that changed the sound.

With Enta, almost the whole culture of hip hop felt right at the time, from the lifestyle I saw in the streets of NY to what I was seeing on mainstream TV.

im going with Enta Da Stage but i love all of em

loved the beats on Enta and it really started it all. Buck came hard on that album too, and it has some of the best BCC songs ever on it

All of the albums in this poll are essential listens.

I chose Nocturnal, that album is damn near perfection to me.

I'm actually gonna put in a vote for Nocturnal. Very gritty but yet fun album.

This one is really hard, but I would go with Enta Da Stage. Very important album, definitely influenced Dah Shinin'. You can't go wrong with any one of these.
