Had Einstein been born 200 years eariler, he wouldnt have come up with relativity, same with Newton and gravity, etc. They were all products of their time and drawed on the knowledge so far that they had for their moments of divine inspiration and insight. Obviously a lot of "information" build up started when we began Agriculture (10-15,000 years ago) and living in one place, cities, and not nomads. Agriculture, incidently, began in Turkey as a direct result of Art. But that's another story.
