One of my favorite MCs from Staten Island. Unfortunately had a couple of run-ins with the law and spent the majority of the last decade in the slammer. Came out for a while in 08 but went back just a couple of weeks before his solo album The Fugitive was supposed to drop. He still managed to release three dope mixtapes around 03/04 and featured on most of the Ruthless Bastards tapes (Iron Mic, Truck...). Dudes really go hard, but there is an obvious downside for that (well, more than one I guess).
