Martin Luther King Jr. paved the way with tireless efforts toward racial and political equality, so a half-black puppet could take office, ignore his basic support base in favor of large corporations, and sit in office like a lame duck, getting nothing done because a mostly white republican base won't let him.

So you think it is somehow an accomplishment? He was backed all the way by big corporations that saw he outspent McCain 5 to 1. He took private donations and McCain refused. That's why he won. Not because of some mandate by the people, which is what you seemed to think happened.
