I saw previews for this today and it looks good. Unfortunately it doesn't come out until September. It's about Samuel is a crooked cop and he lives in a nice neighborhood. Kerry Washington is his neighbor and she's in a relationship with a white guy. Her and the white guy live together and Samuel is being a pain in the ass neighbor. This movie is PG-13 and that's surprising because from the previews, it looks like it should be R rated.
